Crab Feed 2020 Cancellation


     It is with great disappointment that we must announce the official cancellation of the 2020 Halfway Lions Club Crab Feed. Please read on to learn about the importance of this fundraising event, our largest fundraiser of the year.

     The Halfway Lions Club is one of only two in the entire state of Oregon that owns and operates its own building. This building and the park on our property are critical facilities in our community, housing the local food bank and providing important meeting and gathering space for many who need it. On average, it costs the Lions Club $1000 per month to maintain this essential community property. The proceeds from Crab Feed usually sustain our costs for facilities and service efforts throughout the year.

     Patrons may either choose to seek a refund for the purchase price of their tickets (see below for details) or donate part or all of the ticket cost to the Lions Club to help shepherd us throughout our next year of service. Tickets will not be held over to next year's feed.
